Then head towards the gently rolling hills of Parma to meet a Parma Ham producer and learn all the secrets of this culinary masterpiece whilst sampling it yourself. Make a photo stop at Torrechiara Castle for a breath-taking view over the region and visit its ancient medieval village.
Head on to the Balsamic Vinegar factory to taste the “black nectar”, listen to the stories of the wooden maturation casks and discover how to use the product in your cooking. Finally, discover the Colli di Parma wines, from the vineyards to the cellar, and taste the products paired with other typical local delicacies. The producer or family will welcome you at every location, but we can also arrange for a food-and-wine expert to accompany you on your trip if you prefer.
