Ilaria, our coach and daughter of the dairy farm owner, will be your host at her family’s business for a special day with a gastronomic tour + team building in the kitchen + lunch + food shopping!

Fresh handmade stuffed pasta, Gnocchi, Tagliatelle, Italian Antipasti, Trofie with your own-prepared Pesto genovese, Aubergine Parmigiana, Tiramisù dessert and much more.
The Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and many other products used in the restaurant are produced right on site. A special selection of Parmigiano Reggiano, deli meats, fresh pasta and other local products are available for purchase at the Agribottega, the shop of the farm by the restaurant.
