An authentic experience at a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy farm founded in 1895 and nestled in Parma’s countryside.

Ilaria, our coach and daughter of the dairy farm owner, will be your host at her family’s business for a special day with a gastronomic tour + team building in the kitchen + lunch + food shopping!

What’s the goal of team building in the kitchen?

Learning to help one another and understanding that each individual element is needed and important in the creation of the final dish. And so it is in the work environment: individual specificities and professional skills must come together in a bigger picture, where the team is united in obtaining the ultimate goal, which is the one shared by all.


  • Our coach Ilaria will be greeting you with an appetizer based on local products for a warm and tasty welcome.
  • Team building in the kitchen to strengthen the skills of working together while rediscovering the pleasure of conviviality and cooking as a team. Fresh handmade pasta: tortelli, tagliatelle, gnocchi or other recipes typical of Emilia or of other Italian regions.
  • Split up in teams: all guests will be active participants of the activity, playing their role and finding their place as members of the team.
  • Parmigiano Reggiano Experience: tour of the Parmigiano Reggiano production facility guided by our Chef Ilaria to discover all the secrets of the King of Cheeses.
  • Lunch to taste the traditional products of the Food Valley and to share with your team what you prepared together.
  • Duration: 4-5 hours, lunch included

Fresh handmade stuffed pasta, Gnocchi, Tagliatelle, Italian Antipasti, Trofie with your own-prepared Pesto genovese, Aubergine Parmigiana, Tiramisù dessert and much more. 

Food products

The Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and many other products used in the restaurant are produced right on site. A special selection of Parmigiano Reggiano, deli meats, fresh pasta and other local products are available for purchase at the Agribottega, the shop of the farm by the restaurant.
