The Cena dei Mille will welcome you and the other fortunate guests to an extraordinary dining experience along a spectacular 400-metre-long table set in the historic heart of Parma.
Beneath a starlit sky, the event celebrates the finest products of Italy’s renowned Food Valley. The evening begins with an aperitif showcasing the region’s outstanding food supply chains and continues with an exclusive menu specially created for the occasion by renowned chefs, who reinterpret the iconic flavours of Parma.
Four elegant courses, served along the magnificent table in the city centre and enhanced by striking centrepieces crafted from local excellences, will take you on a unique journey through taste, creativity and tradition. As a special souvenir of the evening, each guest will receive a complimentary personalized plate.
The guest chef of Cena dei Mille 2026 will be the renowned Gennaro Esposito, holder of two Michelin stars, who will present the evening’s first course: his iconic mixed pasta soup with rockfish. The starter will be prepared by Parma Quality Restaurants, the main course by the prestigious Chef to Chef Emilia-Romagna Association, while dessert will be created by ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine.
Each course will be paired with a selection of outstanding wines provided by the Franciacorta Consortium, creating a gastronomic journey that celebrates the very best of Italian cuisine and winemaking.

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, depart for a fascinating full-day group food and wine tour with coach transportation and an expert guide, discovering the finest treasures of Italy’s renowned Food Valley.
The first stop will be a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy, where you will witness the production process of the world-famous PDO cheese and learn the secrets of a centuries-old tradition, followed by a tasting session. The tour then continues with a visit to a Prosciutto di Parma producer, offering insight into the curing process that makes this iconic Italian delicacy unique.
Following a traditional lunch with beverages included, the journey continues to a historic producer of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia. Here, you will visit the ageing rooms, admire the rows of wooden barrels, and enjoy a tasting of this precious product, the result of many years of careful maturation.

In the early afternoon, enjoy a guided visit to the magnificent Teatro Regio di Parma, the city’s opera house and one of Italy’s most prestigious historic theatres. A masterpiece of Parmese architecture and a symbol of the city’s elegance and cultural heritage, it was commissioned by Duchess Marie Louise, wife of Napoleon.
The tour continues with a guided walking tour of Parma’s historic centre, exploring its elegant squares, iconic landmarks and charming streets. Highlights include Piazza Duomo, home to the Cathedral and Baptistery, and the monumental Pilotta Complex, which houses the renowned Teatro Farnese and the National Gallery.
In the late afternoon, an aperitif in Piazza Garibaldi will set the stage for the highly anticipated Cena dei Mille 2026, the extraordinary gastronomic event celebrating the excellence of Parma and the Food Valley.
