Morning and early afternoon are dedicated to golf at Golf Club La Rocca in Sala Baganza (18 holes – par 73), nestled in the Regional Park of Carrega Woods. This course offers a technical and diverse layout, ideal for golfers of all levels. The fairways wind through ancient forests and rolling meadows, with natural hazards adding excitement to every game.
Lunch with beverages included at the Golf Club House.
Guided tour of the Rocca di Sala Baganza (closed on Mondays), an ancient residence of the Farnese and Bourbon families. Explore its frescoed halls, historic interiors, and panoramic views of the surrounding hills.
Following this, visit the Wine Museum, which showcases the region’s winemaking heritage through interactive exhibits and stories that celebrate the bond between culture, art, and oenology.

Parma is a UNESCO Creative City for Gastronomy and a former Italian Capital of Culture. Visit highlights like the medieval Cathedral and the pink marble Baptistery, a masterpiece by Benedetto Antelami. 4:00 PM: Guided tour of a winery in the Salsomaggiore hills, followed by a tasting of locally produced wines, accompanied by cured meats, local cheeses, and a traditional Parmesan dessert paired with Passito wine.

Morning and early afternoon dedicated to golf at San Valentino Golf Club in Reggio Emilia (18 holes – par 71), set within a 130-hectare nature reserve surrounded by natural lakes, forests, and open meadows. The course is technical and demands precision but is suitable for both beginners and experienced players.

Late afternoon visit to a balsamic vinegar producer with a guided tasting of three traditional DOP balsamic vinegars aged for different periods.
